PROBLEM

A master healer and metaphysical and wellness shop business owner with unmatched quality products was struggling with visibility in his community, a website not matching the shop’s growing elevated in-person presence and not portraying his full spectrum of 500+ healing products, events, and services.

SOLUTION

It was my goal to get Indy to a point where the business doesn’t take much manpower to run efficiently and empower him to prioritize his healing services and product management.

I led the comprehensive brand overhaul including:

• new Shopify e-commerce and service website
• building design systems and file architecture
• brick-and-mortar retail shop visual merchandising updates
• creating the annual boothing event roster, event booth design, operations, and execution
• collaborating with brand portrait photographer to accurately portray Indy and his master healing services
• collaborating with product photographer as well as producing our own product photos for all 500+ products
• e-mail newsletter, SMS marketing, and social media content strategy and creation
• operational system improvements to Square POS, inventory records, service scheduling app refinements, and shipping fulfillment SOPs
• product collection naming and organization
• product packaging revamps for sage, aroma pharmacy roll-ons, and more
• product listing copywriting for all crystals, aroma pharmacy, and other metaphysical products

RESULTS

Revenue increased by 152% within the first year reaching six figures and continues to grow each year.
